"Jayne has recently handled the sale of my property in Austinmer.
Having lived in the house for 25 years I knew very little regarding the selling of real estate. I found Jayne to be very informative regarding the sale process, right from the very first meeting through to the sale. At the first meeting she came very well prepared with information about demographics of area, similar house sale prices in area, and explaining the process of selling. Of the 3 different agencies visit for quote on selling my property, Jayne was the only one prepared to give an estimated sale price and an outline of charges at the first visit.

Now that our house at Balgownie has been successfully completed (we) would like to thank Joe Paiano for the efficient and professional way in which he conducted the process.
About two years ago we had our house valued by a number of real estate agents, including Joe, to assess the market conditions for a potential sale. At the time both their valuations and personal interaction with us as potential clients varies significantly.
