MICHAEL
SCHLEGEL - Director/Sales Executive
Michael co-owns the business he started working in 1991 and is a mentor to all new sales people starting out in their real estate careers. Michael is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has owned several business prior to joining Peter Taranto to build the Company to what it is today.
Michael has a special relationship with the Dapto/Avondale/Horsley area and specialises in both suburban and rural properties. He has the ability to maximise the value of a clients most valuable asset under any market condition. He has an intimate knowledge of his marketplace and has established a proven track record by selling in excess of 1.5million dollars worth of real estate.
Michael’s motto is that “we get it right the first time” and sincerely believes that his team provides the best service possible.
Michael loves his work and states the ‘best thing in my career in real estate is that I look forward to going to work everyday and the enthusiasm I get from enjoying my job creates a huge amount of success’. |

PAUL PIACENTIN - Director/Sales Executive
A co-owner of the company Paul is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been in the Industry since 1996. Paul possesses a strong passion for the Industry and specialises in both domestic residential and project marketing for developments. Paul does not believe any successful person has reached where they are totally on their own. He believes that they have listened to the right people, absorbed the right information and adapted the systems and mental attitude to achieve their goals.
Paul has successfully marketed and sold hundreds of homes in and around the Wollongong and Sydney areas.
Paul’s sales record is impeccable and his success in Real Estate is due to this knowledge, honesty and constant feedback he gives during and after his client’s purchase or sale. For Paul, the most rewarding aspect of working in Real Estate is when past clients refer to him as “their agent’, and come back to him for all their real estate need.

Ainsley has gained over 10 years extensive customer service and sales experience, particularly dealing with people’s sensitive needs. She has lived in the Illawarra her entire life and has a great understanding of the local market.
As a mother of 2 adorable children, Ainsley utilises her knowledge and experience when dealing with the sensitive area of family negotiation. She is highly regarded for her valuable organisation skills and close attention to detail.
With a Certificate of Registration and an enthusiastic nature she is confident in assisting clients in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.
