Only a small percentage of agencies in the Illawarra subscribe and it is accessed by intrastate, interstate and international buyers. It is viewed by over 1.5million buyers a month as well as being connected to ninemsn.com, the most viewed site in Australia which has direct linkage to our website for buyers. Properties can also be searched by purchasers using their mobile phones or PDA’s.

Mercury. Our office has VIP status with the Illawarra Mercury, which provides us with free features every month. Our deliberate 2 page colour advertising strategy shows buyers our office has the most open houses of any agency and attracts more buyers.

Realtor. As a member of Estate Agents Cooperation (EAC) (not all agents are members) we obtain a corporate discount for advertising.
