OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM Peter Taranto – Director Peter started the Company in 1985 with 2 staff and has developed and nutured the company into a very reputable and professional business. Peter is a licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Degree in Commerce and has worked as an advisor to the State Treasury. Looking for new challengers and goals Peter ventured into property development where he now focuses most of his attention although he still maintains a close association with the business on a consultancy basis and Director. As a husband and father Peter is passionate about having the right balance between work and spending time with his wife and family. Everything that Peter does and presents to the public is a reflection of who he is and what he will offer to his clients. John Meddows – General Manager John has had an extensive career in senior management working in the NSW Government as well as private and public enterprises. In Government, as Director he was responsible for the procurement of all goods and services with the now Department of Commerce. He has led several large and small international and local technology companies in the roles of CEO or Managing Director for over 20 years. He has also been operating his own successful sales and procurement consulting business for the past 7 years and through this was contracted as Sales Director for the Asia Pacific Region for US and UK technology companies. John has travelled extensively in his past positions and his focus has been largely in sales and sales management. John is a keen surfer and having spent many years regularly travelling to the region’s surf breaks, he and his family finally moved to the Illawarra in 2003 intending to use his experience in the local area. Ann Jones - Accounts Manager Ann is a licensed Real Estate Agent with 18 years experience in all facets of the Real Estate industry and holds a diploma in Small Business Management. Ann has previously been a Principal of her own successful Real Estate office and resides in Wollongong. Ann is a committed person who prides herself on providing high levels of customer service. With her wealth of industry experience, she has developed strong interpersonal skills with both clients and staff alike. Ann is a team player with exceptional communication skills and a strong reputation of conducting herself with honesty and integrity who always encourages staff to act alike to deliver a professional service. Deanne Ayliffe - Client Service Coordinator Deanne began her Real Estate Career in 1998 as a Property Officer in Sydney and has been working in the Wollongong Region since 2003. Deanne's focus, motivation and drive was recognised early when she proved to be a great asset to the company. Deanne has lived in the Illawarra for 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Deanne is an ethical person with an impeccable client/customer focus, she possesses not only strong communication skills, but a clear understanding of the importance of keeping clients thoroughly informed.
